First Lady Bianca Archibald-Minor, a native of Trinidad & Tobago, W.I., is the wife of Pastor Karl J. Minor and is the First Lady of The Church of Grace Fellowship located in Katy, Texas. The Lord blessed her with 4 children; Marcus 28, Michael 27, Archibald 12. And last of all she enjoys the extra special blessing of being a mother to a son with Autism, Alexander 9. 

Lady Bianca accepted the Lord at an early age and rededicated herself back to God in her late 20’s. After spending 2 years in Seminary, she finally accepted that God had called her to teach His Word. 

She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management and a specialty in Computer Systems. She is presently working on her Masters in Real Estate with a concentration in Commercial Properties. She has over 13 years of experience in real estate and owns her own Brokerage in Katy, Texas called Home Sales By Us Realty. Lady Bianca is an entrepreneur that also owns & operates an online marketing company called KatyTX.biz located also in Katy TX. 

First Lady Bianca Minor strives to be an example of a Virtuous Woman -- a woman who has yielded her life to God in every area of her life. This simply means that she has given God complete Lordship of her life and family.

In her business, she offers leadership that defines her as a giver and a sisterly mentor. Her purpose is to minister to women while inspiring & empowering them to show their best selves to each other. Lady Bianca humbly serves as a Women’s Ministry Leader at The Church of Grace Fellowship. The Lord has given her a passion for empowering women of all backgrounds, whether single or married. 

She is the author of Raising the Balance: Single Parenting, of which she wrote 10 years ago based on her experiences as a single mother of two. 

Lady Bianca continues to aim toward and produce excellence in all her ministry and business opportunities. She has a heart for people and is a committed prayer warrior.
