Pastoral History

November 1987, alongside Pastor Ralph Douglas West and thirty other members; he helped to organize Brookhollow Baptist Church also known as The Church Without Walls.  In 1988, Pastor Minor was ordained to function as the Assistant Pastor of Brookhollow Baptist Church.  The church has grown immensely over the past twenty-two years and is now ministering to over twenty-one thousand members in three locations. Over the past twenty-six years, Pastor Minor has been a part of the development of most of the church’s ministry.

Pastor Minor’s love and passion for young people lead him to serve beyond The Church Without Walls and now the Church of Grace Fellowship.  Pastor Minor served from 2004-2008 as the Team Pastor for the Prairie View A&M Football team. In that four year period, he led over sixty-eight players into a relationship with Christ and discipled three hundred young men and women in a closer walk with God. In 2009, he began serving as the Athletic Team Pastor at Texas Southern University, where he provides the spiritual leadership over the entire Athletic Department.  Through his bible studies, life Coaching, counseling sessions, and prayer time with the teams; he encourages many including Coaches and staff to have a deeper faith walk with God.
